Highland Hills is a private residential community located on Bell Hill, overlooking the beautiful city of Sequim Washington.
Each owner of property in Highland Hills, by virtue of such ownership, is a member of Highland Hills Maintenance Commission (HHMC), a homeowners’ association. Primary among its functions, HHMC is responsible for maintaining the roads and storm water runoff drainage system within Highland Hills as described in its Articles of Incorporation.
HHMC, a non-profit corporation, is essentially an all-volunteer organization. Approximately 50 members oversee and/or perform all of its functions, with backup from an outside bookkeeper and (as needed) outside legal counsel. Volunteers comprise the Board of Trustees and officers, as well as various committees.
HHMC maintains an office at Olympic Commons, 502 Still Road, Suite 203 (across Washington Street from Blake Tile & Stone). There is an Office Manager, but no regular office hours.
